The system beat the viral video.
8.60x
return, against a
4.5x
breakeven
Eve Sleep needed 4.5x to break even on media. Creator-led TikTok returned
nearly double that, and the campaign was renewed on the back of it.
We kept a pool of creators live, not one hero ad.
Most creator campaigns hunt for the one video that works and then pour budget into it. We did the opposite. Multiple creator videos stayed live at once, so TikTok could optimise across different hooks, faces, product angles, demonstrations and storytelling styles.
That gave the platform room to find combinations we would never have picked by hand, and no single piece of creative had to carry the campaign.
Variety bought us reach at almost no cost.
Creator content is cheap to serve because people actually watch it. With a deep pool feeding the auction, media costs fell far enough that reach stopped being the expensive part of the campaign.
Roughly 1.3M of those views were paid and 444.5K came organically, from about £4.5K of ad spend and 7.6K destination clicks at a 0.59% CTR.
Cheap reach is only useful if the system keeps learning.
We refreshed hooks continuously rather than waiting for fatigue to show up in the numbers, which widened the pool of messages available for testing. As data accumulated, retargeting was split into its own campaign so prospecting and conversion audiences could be managed deliberately instead of competing.
The question stopped being which ad should we scale and became how do we keep feeding this thing enough good creative to choose from.
Then it showed up somewhere we weren't buying.
The strongest secondary signal came from Google Ads. Comparing matched 89-day windows before and after the creator content went live, efficiency moved sharply, on a third less spend.

How much of this was us? We can't say for certain, and we won't pretend otherwise. This pattern is consistent with an upper-funnel halo: TikTok creator content introduces and warms demand, Google captures it later through search. But it is a matched-window comparison, not a controlled incrementality test, so treat it as a strong signal rather than proof of causation.
What it returned, and who saw it.
The campaign put roughly £40,000 of TikTok-attributed revenue on the board, lifted traffic by 26.1K against TikTok One's baseline at 32.61% video coverage, and was renewed on the strength of it.
The audience it actually reached lined up closely with a mattress and home-comfort buyer, and stayed where the client sells.

One weekend ran at 13.2x. We're not claiming that's normal.
Over a single weekend, £222 of spend returned £2,929, a 13.2x return at +279% against the campaign average, at roughly £2 CPM and a £55 cost per acquisition. Click-through dipped slightly, but the traffic that did click converted hard.
Four purchases. That is what the weekend rests on. It is a genuine signal about what this creative could do at the right moment, and it is nowhere near a large enough sample to promise 13x holds. We report it because it happened, with the sample size attached.
What we'd carry into the next one.
- Scale comes from the creative system, not from over-relying on one winning ad.
- Creator diversity gives the platform more chances to match the right message to the right buyer.
- Low-cost reach is only valuable when it is paired with commercially qualified traffic.
- Creator content can support broader demand generation, not only direct platform-attributed sales.
- Cross-channel halo effects should be reported as strong signals, never as causal proof.
Reporting note. TikTok results are based on platform attribution and campaign reporting. Google Ads figures compare matched 89-day periods before and after creator-content activity.
